Requirement Sets allow you to define a set of specific characteristics that can be used to filter workers for assignments.

Tests can be used as a screening tool or as an educational tool.

As a screening tool, you can build a test that can be placed as a requirement to join a Talent Pool or you can use Requirement Sets and place a test as a prerequisite to accept an assignment.

Surveys can be created and attached to assignments as a mandatory or optional requirement. If mandatory, the worker will need to complete the survey before they're given the option to submit the assignment for approval.
